Meet Debbie Lynn:

Debbie Lynn offers 18+ years of real estate experience in working with sellers and buyers to achieve the maximum return on their investment.

Prior to beginning her real estate career with John L. Scott, she lived in Denver, Portland, Southern California, San Francisco, Chicago, and now firmly settled in the beautiful Seattle area. Debbie Lynn's background includes hotel sales and management and as a corporate concierge for LeConcierges. With her personal relocations and customer service background, it was a natural transition to a career in real estate. She understands the type of advocate you and your family needs to get settled into your new Northwest home.

She has been on the Relocation team for her entire real estate career. Clients typically transition into a personal friendship and her clients count on her long beyond the listing or sale of their home. She specializes in her clients' wants and needs which extends her sales territory throughout the greater Seattle area.

Debbie Lynn contributes to the community by donating a portion of her sales to the John L. Scott Foundation which supports Children's Hospital. She also supports Mary's Place Family Center with time, money, clothing drives and fundraising for their "No Child Sleeps Outside" campaign.

When you meet Debbie Lynn, you will realize she absolutely loves what she does and prides herself in that she is putting her thumbprint on something as significant as your home. Her approach to your home sale or purchase will certainly be a positive experience.

Bellevue

Bellevue is the third largest city in the Seattle metro area, and it’s the hub of the Eastside, but it’s close to the Cascade mountains for hiking, mountain biking, and, in the winter, skiing and snowboarding. Locals also take advantage of Lake Washington for boating, kayaking or watching the sun set over Seattle and the Olympics to the west. Bellevue’s thriving downtown offers five-star dining, a world-class art museum, and some of the best shopping in the Northwest. The entrepreneurial spirit of the city and its highly educated work force make it a natural home for tech start-ups as well as global corporations. Our schools are rated among the best in the nation. This means even residents without children enjoy healthy property values. And there is a home here for everyone. Townhouses and condos downtown, luxury waterfront properties on the Lake, and areas with a more neighborhood feel are all available in our robust real estate market.

Kirkland

On the northeast shore of Lake Washington sits Kirkland, a city known for its public art, waterfront parks, and warm community spirit. Many residents chose Kirkland for its high-performing schools. Juanita High School is a perennial sports powerhouse. Lake Washington High School is renowned for both academics and its performing arts programs. Even Kirkland residents who don’t have kids see the benefit of elevated property values thanks to these sought-after schools. Kirkland is home to a bustling parks system. There’s beach swimming at Juanita Bay Park and boating at Marina Park, and access to the Bridle Trail State Park and playgrounds and sports facilities in every neighborhood. There is always a reason to get outside and enjoy the temperate Pacific Northwest weather.

Issaquah & Sammamish

There's so much to love about Sammamish and Issaquah. First, the area is perfect for anyone who loves the outdoors. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Seattle and Bellevue and it's one of the most beautiful locations in the world--right between the Cascade mountains and Lake Sammamish. We have fantastic schools and wonderful parks. Sammamish and Issaquah have a small town feel, but we have access to every amenity and nearby Redmond. We're about an hour away from some of the world's best skiing at Alpental and Snoqualmie. There are tons of ways to get outside here: fishing on the lake or biking and Duthie Hill Park which attracts mountain bikers from around the world. Issaquah and Sammamish are small enough that it's easy to get to know your neighbors. There's a real village vibe here. We meet outside to enjoy the gorgeous views and perfect summer weather. If you'd like to find out more about Sammamish and Issaquah, let us know. We'd love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.

Reviews

Debbie Lynn helped us purchase our new home. I flew in from AK to see a home we thought we wanted to purchase. I needed to find and buy a home and I had 3 days in WA to do it in. Debbie Lynn had previewed the house for us but did not have great thoughts on the one we thought we wanted. We went out to see it and she was correct, it was not what we wanted. She then spent the rest of the day helping me go through the rest of the homes on our list, returning to the ones I was deciding between. She helped me go over the criteria I had so I could stay focused in my lack of sleep and stress. We drew up an offer the next morning, drove to the inspection that afternoon - got acceptance on the way out to the inspection. Wow. All in 2 days. We have not had good experiences with past real estate agents and Debbie Lynn may have set the bar higher then any other will reach. Her negotiating skills are tremendous! She is a joy to work with and on top of it! Debbie Lynn is positive, professional, and her clients come from referrals not advertising. Even the couple we purchased our home from thought she was amazing, they repeatedly commented on what a great agent we had. Our lender recommended her - he said he had never seen anyone with her negotiation skills before.
